Me and my father hired a BMW F650GS to head down the GOR for a weekend. The whole experience with Garners was flawless. Turned up on the Friday the day before we wanted to leave, the lads in there made the whole booking really easy. The (2006) bike rode brilliantly and we had no issues. Returning the bike was the best rental conclusion I've ever experienced, really simple and stress free process. Very happy customers, would recommend to anyone visiting Melbourne. The deposit scheme in place for overseas visitors is perfect. Thanks again lads.
Simon and his colleagues were brilliantly welcoming and helpful. I rented a brand new (less than 700km) bike and was told not to rush to bring it back for 9am the next day and enjoy my time with it. The service was excellent, with a decent rentable set of bike gear, too. I would absolute recommend these guys to anyone looking to rent a bike in Melbourne. The rates are comparable to other companies and - whilst not cheap - absolutely brilliant value for money when you get to tear up the Great Ocean Road on two wheels!
Trevor was very helpful and got me set up for a lot of riding in and around Melbourne! Despite being an extremely busy shop during the summer season he was more than happy to take the time to answer my questions and make sure I was good to go. I absolutely will be back the next time I'm in Australia.
Great place for renting bikes. I even rented the helmet, gloves and the jacket at a very reasonable cost. Super friendly people and very well-maintained bikes. Their high rating is very well deserved.
Got my L's and while waiting for delivery of my bike, hired one of theirs. Great service from the moment I emailed until I returned the bike.
Simon even put an L plate on it for me.
And when I wanted to extend the the rental period, that was as simple as an email.

These guys are f***ing amazing . i booked a Bmw s 1000rr for a day just to experience the service they offer and obviously to have my hands on BMW and tbh my experience was flawless. Would highly recommend . going to rent more often now
Great experience renting bikes from them. I booked couple of bikes to pick up from Sydney (associated shop). A little mix up with my booking, (got 1200gs instead of 700gs) but it was handled very professionally and no additional cost. We were up and on the way in no time. Guys at the shop were very friendly and helpful. Completely hustle free.
Bikes were in good condition and we had no mechanical issues over our 3500 km trip.
I would definitely do business with them again.
